Terms of Service

RozgariX is a hyperlocal platform connecting local businesses and workers through short video job posts, and local service providers with people who need them. By using RozgariX, you agree to these terms.

What RozgariX is

RozgariX is a listing platform, not an employer, recruiter, or party to any job or service arrangement. We connect people who want to post a job or service with people looking for one. Any hiring, payment for work, service arrangement, or agreement made after a call is strictly between the business owner, worker, service provider, and customer involved — RozgariX is not responsible for the outcome of that arrangement, including quality of work, payment disputes between those parties, or no-shows.

Posting content

When you post a job or service listing, you're responsible for the accuracy of what you post, including the video, photos, description, and phone number shown. You may not post anything illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, or misleading. We may remove any listing that violates these terms or is reported by other users, without prior notice.

Payment for job postings

A business owner's first job posting is free. Subsequent postings require a one-time payment, processed through our payment gateway partner. This payment is for the listing itself — for it to be published and shown to nearby workers — not for a guaranteed hire or outcome. Refunds for a successfully published listing are not provided, except where required by law or where RozgariX itself fails to publish a paid listing due to a technical error on our part.

No in-app messaging or profiles

RozgariX does not have in-app chat, applications, or worker profiles. Contact happens by calling the phone number shown on a listing, directly between the two parties. We are not able to mediate, monitor, or resolve disputes that happen over that call or afterward.

Account and data deletion

Business owners and service providers who create an account can delete it at any time from within the app, which permanently removes their account, listings, and associated data. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it's used.

Limitation of liability

RozgariX is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantaverse Global Labs Pvt Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a job, service, or interaction arranged through the platform, or from any interruption or error in the app itself.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use RozgariX after a change means you accept the updated terms.
